The apartment has its own private entrance and includes comfortable furnishings, two queen beds with luxury bedding, and a cozy living area with fireplace and large 65" TV. One bedroom also includes an adjustable standing desk, making it perfect for remote work.

The kitchenette includes an apartment-sized fridge, stove, and essentials for simple cooking. No dishwasher. Washer and dryer are included in the unit for convenience.

Bathroom has a shower, no tub. Lots of storage.

Located just minutes from I-15 and The Meadows shopping area, the home offers quick access to Silicon Slopes, Lehi tech offices, and Utah County. The property sits next to a park with pickleball courts and has beautiful mountain views. Tenants can also enjoy access to the yard and patio areas. Property has a hot tub, garden, fruit trees, etc.

Available end of March through the end of March, with flexibility into mid-June if needed.
