Private bedroom available in a clean, well-maintained 2,400 sq ft townhome in Bluffdale, conveniently located near I-15. The kitchen and the bathroom you would use were fully renovated in January 2026, along with new carpet and flooring throughout the home and modern light fixtures.

The bedroom is approximately 12.5' × 13.5' and includes a walk-in closet (9' × 5.5'). The hallway bathroom would be for your private use (not shared), there is a bathroom in the basement the guests can use. The room also has a hard-wired Ethernet connection, making it ideal for remote or hybrid work.

The home features a finished basement, shared kitchen and living spaces, in-unit laundry, driveway parking, and potential garage parking (available upon discussion).
