Private room and private bathroom available in my 3 bed / 3 bath townhome in east Bluffdale. Bedroom is roughly 12' x 13’. In the attached floor plan the room for rent is labeled ‘Bedroom 2’.
This end-unit townhome has lots of natural light, 3rd-floor laundry, large living room, large great room, etc. The neighborhood includes walking trails and a large park with pickleball courts, skate park, and bike park.
Other details:
- Utilities are included in the $775/month rent.
- Renter’s insurance is required.
- Garage parking is available for an extra $45/month. Garage will accommodate most cars but not some larger vehicles (i.e. certain trucks or SUVs).
