You must see this gorgeous newly remodeled apartment to appreciate it incredible beauty.  Everything is lovely in this apartment. All who have seen it have wanted it, but not all can pass our high rental criteria. There’s not a nicer apartment on the property, but many just as nice. Incredible location – very central to all the great places in Bountiful. And, 6 blocks from Bountiful’s 400 N freeway exit in a very nice neighborhood.  2 blocks from bus stop with a route from Ogden to SLC. Lovely shaker style kitchen cabinets. New & very nice stainless steel high quality appliances.  Gorgeous counter tops.  Newly painted throughout.  Gorgeous window moldings in kitchen & living room highlighted by lovely accent walls. Otherwise, paint is off-white but more white than cream. Very lovely cordless & wand less mini blinds on all windows except bath. New carpet of higher quality than normally found in an apartment.  LED/Can lighting in kitchen & bath with the added plus that this lowers your electric bill. Each of our
apartments has its own water shut off value found in the water heater cabinet. 40-gallon water heater. Very nice all new bathroom hardware.  Spacious living room & kitchen and good sized bedrooms. Apartment is light & bright with windows in all rooms except the hallway.  Bedrooms have 2 windows. Large updated closets with extensive shelving. Ceiling to floor cabinets & drawers in hallway provide even more storage space. Central Air (heating & AC). No  washer/dryer hookups, but free laundry room across the street with the expectation that tenants will help to keep the laundry room clean and the honor the laundry room rules. Plenty of parking in back lot, but no covered parking. Assistant is Johnny on the spot & fast to clear away snow so tenants can get where they need to go.  NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Must pass background, credit, & reference checks; no criminal records (misdemeanors or felonies), evictions or unresolved bankruptcies. We run background checks & call references. Will be immaculately clean when you move in. 12 Month lease (No exceptions). Rent $1300.  Deposit $1400 (refundable $1000, if no damages). Application fee $55 per adult 18 and over.
