Charming mid-century rambler in perfect Bountiful location!  Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a very walkable area. The elementary school and junior high are within a 15-minute walk. Close to shopping and public transit.  Freeway access is within a 4-minute drive.  - Updated kitchen with fantastic oven and new counters - VERY LARGE fridge/freezer - Hardwood floors - 2year old A/C and furnace - Recently cleaned/sanitized vents - Newly-tiled basement shower - Double garage with extra driveway space for a 3rd car/trailer/small RV- New shed in backyard - Carpet is a year old - Washer & dryer included - 1 full bath and 3/4 bath - Apple trees, fire pit, covered back porch - 1/4 acre lot with mature trees, vines, and lots of shade and privacy. *The basement has been remodeled and we haven't updated the pics (no more cast iron stove, painted built-ins, wainscoting, and new carpet).

FULL DISCLOSURE: the basement shower is being repaired because of some water damage. The insurance company will cover it, but the repairs won't be done until late-January at the *earliest*. You will still have access to the toilet and sink in the basement bathroom, plus the full bathroom on the main floor. But we apologize that she shower is unusable for now, and we're doing the best that we can to speed up the repairs.
