I am looking for a quiet, professional roommate to share my house in Bountiful on the east bench.  You will be occupying the basement that has a bedroom and a living room.  Nice, quiet neighborhood, close to freeway, hardwood floors, huge backyard, pet friendly, washer/dryer, fireplace. I am willing to rent it month to month. $250 deposit ($500 if you have a dog) and $1000 a month.  you will split the bills with the lady that is occupying upstairs:  heat, electricity, wifi, water.  

Dogs are ok but no cats.  Your housemate has a sweet, friendly dog.
