Monthly Rent: $450 includes wifi, water, sewer, and garbage.
Security Deposit: $700 ($550 is refundable).

Pet Rent: $30/month

One Time Pet Fee: $150-300 depending on breed, age, & weight

Gas & Electric are split 4 ways and paid by tenants to owner monthly (usually around $15-30/month per tenant).

Laundry- 2 new commercial washers and 2 commercial dryers (coin operated) are on site for use of 4plex tenants only.
