Will consider certain small pets (not cats because of extreme allergies) for a $500 non-refundable pet deposit and a $150/month pet fee. The pet must be agreed upon in writing before it can be brought onto the premises. If the pet soils the carpet, the tenant will pay the carpet cleaning fee in full each time that the landlord determines the carpets need to be cleaned due to the pet. Periodic pet cleaning checks (at least monthly) will be required. If the pet is later deemed to be a nuisance by the landlord or neighbors, or if the pet damages the rental property, the landlord reserves the right to require the pet be removed permanently from the rental property immediately.
