I have two private single occupancy bedrooms with shared bathroom for rent for a female. Renter shares large kitchen, living, dining, great room, laundry, patio and backyard. Only 2.5 miles to Costco and 1 mile to freeway. Only 1/2 mile to Walmart & Target. Roommate to keep LDS standards. I am the owner of the home and in my 50's.  Cleaning of home and yard work are shared among myself and other tenants.  Monthly rent of $750 includes all utilities as well as internet. $750 deposit for larger room which is 13 1/2 x 11.5.  Smaller room is $700 a month which includes all utilities as well as internet and a $700 deposit for smaller room which is 12x9.  Garage parking available during the winter months.  Access to the garden and fire pit in back yard.  1 year lease minimum. Background and credit check is required which the potential tenant pays for ($37). No pets. Available September 1st for larger room and September 6th for smaller room.
