I have a single bedroom available for rent. This cute home was built in 1939 but was freshly renovated as of this year. The current people living there are 2 men (27 and 20) and we are open to whoever wants to move in. The floors are original hardwood and the kitchen has modern amenities. There is currently a single cat who lives here with us on the main floor. There are also two people who are living in the basement who have 2 cats and a dog. We are open to another animal living here but the yard has no fence.
The price is flat and will stay the same from month to month. Rent will be prorated for the first month based on move-in date. Can move in starting February 1st.
