Apartment for rent

My photos did not upload as well as I would've liked. Lovely one bedroom, one bathroom apartment for rent at Adagio Apartments (https://www.adagioapts.net/) in Draper for $1,365 a month, including fees and not utilities. I started living here in February and I love it, but it has been a bit difficult with a single person income to maintain at this time — especially when saving for law school. I have already paid for the month of September and am leaving the tv for anyone who decides to move in asap. You would start your own lease with Adagio, they are wonderful to work with. I have not needed any maintenance work done in the 7 months I have lived here, but it is easy to request if needed. I would be able to transfer all the utilities into your name, so that would be a lot easier of a set up. I may also leave some furniture if there are any pieces that catch your eye (depending). I am also leaving the bidet I installed and the doorbell camera. I’m looking to be out as soon as possible, but also can work something out if needed. Adagio is right across from the park and the dog park specifically. It has been a blast, in close proximity to tons of restaurants, stores and hiking trails. I’ve loved the community here too — I’ve made friends but also been left alone, which I feel like is needed ha
