Available by August 15, the house is being offered as unfurnished. 12-month minimum lease, $2,995 per month rent. The deposit, based on good credit, is $2,995, due upon lease signing plus a $250 lease initiation fee. All potential residents, 18 years of age or older, are required to pass a credit and background check ($50 per applicant).
