There are two separate units in the townhome - this is the bottom unit.

Pet policy: $50/pet/month. $500 pet deposit, $350 refundable. We're open to pets - let us know your situation and we can work something out!

Smoking policy: No smoking, no vaping. Please don't apply if you smoke or vape.

Parking: 1 assigned parking spot in front of the townhome.

Deposit: $1225. All of the deposit is refundable except for $350. I require the security deposit at lease signing for me to hold the property, and then the first month's rent plus any pet deposits due at time of keys/possession/lease start. If you have a credit score under 620 or current lates, collections, or bankruptcies on your credit, the security deposit amount may be higher.

Utilities: Flat monthly utilities and internet fee of $100.
