Requirements: 

- Minimum 650 credit score (exceptions may be granted for additional deposit or higher rent)

- Background check with no evictions, bankruptcy, or foreclosures 

- Deposit of $2000 ($500 non-refundable)

- As a household, 2x income 

- All adults over 18 must be on the lease, including dependents. All adults over 18 must submit an application and complete a background check to be approved to be on the lease whether they contribute income or not. There are no individual leases to rent by the room. 

- Renter's Insurance will be required. 

-Tenants are responsible for lawn maintenance. 

- There will be no access to utility room or cold storage as this is an STR when not used as a mid-term rental. 

If you are bringing furniture to place in addition to what we provide, that is accepted but no removal of our furniture is allowed
