The kitchen is fully stocked for any chef's pleasure. Utah is a desert but you wouldn't know it up here. The house is surrounded by beautiful trees and you will be only three blocks from open land and the mountains. The house is furnished with 3 bedrooms and two home offices that could also be converted to small bedrooms.
The house is 10-15 minutes from shopping and eateries and less than 30 minutes from the local universities. Sundance Mountain Resort is an easy 40 minutes away and Brighton Ski resort is 45 minutes away.
