• To ensure comfort, we will be installing wall heaters in basement bedrooms and living areas
• Basement stays naturally cool in the summer (no AC needed in lower level)
• Washer/dryer hookups are not yet installed (this is the only feature being finalized and may be added depending on renter interest and demand)

This is a private basement living space within an owner-occupied on the main level.
