Lovely, Quiet, Clean and Safe Apartment

I am advertising my contract because I am moving home to care for my ailing parents. The new tenant must coordinate all arrangements through the facilities office.  If you assume my contract by the end of May, you will receive a $500 credit towards your first month's rent. This credit will come through me, not the facilty.

There is a screening process that you will have to go through.  Before contracts can be signed or transferred, the office 1) does background check 2) checks that your income is 3x the rent amount and 3) does credit check. 

This apartment is in the Incline at Anthem 55+ senior living apartment complex.  While it caters to older adults, residents of all ages live here creating a diverse and inclusive living environment.  

I've loved living here because it's quiet, clean, beautiful and very safe. It has some great amenities like the dog park, two gyms, covered parking, a swimming pool, hot tub and a beautiful lobby and gathering/party area. Click the link below to see pictures and get more info:
