Gorgeous view out the back porch.  Easy access to Daybreak, The District, main part of Herriman and TRAX. 15 minutes from Silicon Slopes, 40 minutes from Downtown. House has quartz countertops, laminate floors and stainless steel appliances. Common areas are fully furnished. Washer and Dryer included, laundry room on the upstairs level. This is a single occupant room, male tenant over 25 preferred. Background check and credit check required. I do not require a credit check until after the room as been viewed and both parties feel comfortable. Do not complete a screening until we have talked. I will reimburse the cost of the credit check. Six month contract, month to month available after contract is up. No smoking, no pets.I am a pretty low key guy in my mid 30's. Looking for someone who is clean and respectful. $600 a month.
