Beautiful Home in Mountain scenery

This is truly a one of a kind rental. The house is situated in the Cove at Herriman Springs. It drive into the subdivision is amazing with a large walking trail and streams and waterfalls through out the subdivision. The house is built at the toe of the mountain and you don't have anyone behind you. The views are one of a kind. It has an RV pad, 3rd Car garage and tons of features inside the house. The large theater room with stadium seating and full reclining leather seats. The big kitchenette in the basement makes entertaining great. The main floor is open and spacious with lots of large windows all around to enjoy the views out the back and front. You get uninterrupted views of the mountains and the valleys view out the front. With the higher elevation you also don't have to deal with the smog of the valley. you're high enough to clear it all. The family room dinning and kitchen are large and lots of room for furniture and space. The kitchen has upgraded appliances and under cabinet lighting to help if your watching a show or to just have a light ambiance feeling at night. The front room and office are great places to work or to have as a playroom. Upstairs is the Primary suite with a double shower walk in shower with tile all the way to the ceiling. A 6' tub to fit even a tall adult. The closet is split into a His and Her closet with a built in shoe rack. The whole house has custom tile work and tile backsplashes. The mudroom from the garage has lots of lockers to have a drop zone with a door on it to help keep the clutter there. There is a drinking fountain when you come in from the garage as well. There is a built in desk for homework with an upper cabinet that is great for organizing the house.
