Tons of trails nearby and the Murdock trail is down the street. Lots of playgrounds and parks. Close to local shopping yet tucked away from busy streets. No pets or no smoking allowed. No musical instruments. Yard is not included since there are plenty of parks around us.

We are renting it for $1000/month plus a refundable deposit of $1000 (must have the carpets professionally clean upon move out; outside of deposit). Utilities included are water, sewer, trash, gas & electric, and  internet. 6 month lease, then month to month. Renter's insurance required (costs about $80/year). Perfect for a young couple. Max occupancy is 2.
