Studio suite is fully furnished with queen size bed, 65 inch TV, sitting area, and a kitchenette. HUGE walk in closet. Kitchenette has quartz countertops, under cabinet fridge, induction electric burners, microwave.

It’s on the ground floor of my primary home with a separate entrance through the garage. Window is fully above ground with green space on a corner lot - unusual for this development. 1 garage parking space (car must fit, no street parking in winter), access to community gym and hot tub, and pool in the summer.

No laundry. 

First and last month's rent and $1000 refundable security deposit and background check/application required. Please fill out the application if you are interested.

It is not walkable to Richardson Flat parking in winter even though it’s close (1 mile) It is too dangerous in winter so you will need a car or transportation. This is the main overflow parking lot for both Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley with regular winter service to both mountains.

Kitchenette stocked with basics. All you need to bring is bedding, bath linens and hangers.

This is a totally separate space from my home above, apart from the shared garage. If you have questions, please email me. There is a small entry hall with coat closet between your garage entrance and the front door of the studio. I will only access it to put salt in the water softener, change HVAC filters and on the occasional day to pass through from the garage if the front door is snowed in. 

No overnight guests, please be conscious of noise after 10pm. If you decide to have mail delivered here I will deliver it to your entry hall.
