This beautiful and bright 2 bedroom lower-level apartment is available for rent starting Feb 1st. The apartment has a separate entrance with an abundance of natural lighting since it is ground level with the backyard and has large windows throughout. This is definitely not like a typical basement apartment! The apartment was recently finished in January of 2025 so everything is basically brand new with having only one previous tenant. The apartment is located in a nice, quiet cul-de-sac close to Hill Air Force Base, I-15, and HWY 89. All appliances, including washer and dryer, are included. Utilities and high speed fiber internet is an added $150 per month flat fee. There is designated parking on the RV pad to fit two small vehicles or a small and a medium sized vehicle.
