Single Room in Shared Home

Looking for one female roommate to share an upper-level apartment with one other female roommate.

What is offered: One private room in an upstairs apartment and shared, furnished spaces including a bathroom, kitchen, living room, laundry room with washer/dryer, storage shed, large front and back yard, and deck.

This is a safe, well-kept, comfortable, and respectable home in a friendly and supportive neighborhood. We are looking for someone who is well-suited to share this home with those who live there. The other roommate has hybrid employment - working mostly from home and sometimes in-office. She values kindness, respect, communication, cleanliness, and The Office. Her interests include ballroom and latin social dancing, journaling, interior design, and yoga. She has a young child who lives there a few nights a week.  We are looking to rent beginning June 1 but are open to sooner or later depending on availability for a good fit.

While cleanliness and order remain high priority, little feet and hands are exploring the world in this home. Please adjust your expectations accordingly. 

Rent is $820/mo with a flat fee of $130 that covers all utilities (gas, water, garbage, power, internet) 

No pets, smoking, or drug use permitted anywhere on the property
