We are renting out our basement with one bedroom and common living space that has kitchen, living room, dining with chairs, separate room for washer and dryer. Full bathroom. The place is mostly furnished. We have matress and bedframe that we can setup if you don't have.

There is another bedroom that we will lock and use for our storage. So the whole basement area is your to use. This is common shared space. We have another smalll freezer where we keep stuffs and 2 storage rooms that will be locked. So we sometimes go down and store. The common area should he kept clean as we might use it to keep something.
