One HUGE MASTER BEDROOM with walk in closet, shower, and luxurious tub. ($950)

PRIVATE  Room with shared bathroom (Female) in Lehi House.  ($550)

Great roommates (Average age is mid and late 20's). Roommate topics of dicussion usually include: our "expert" opinions on the shows were watching  (Great British Bakeoff, cheesy Hallmark movies, etc.) why we're stressed, our love for cereal, movie quotes with emphasis on Disney and Lotr, Taylor Swift, true crime, and work.

Must be kind, organized, clean, friendly, team player, and live LDS standards. (We are in the Lehi 1st YSA and Lehi SA).  It's a bonus if you have a sense of humor, occasionally eat ice cream for dinner, love balancing weekend adventures with staying home and watching tv. Current hobbies include: procrastinating folding clothes, watercoloring, anticipating the summer olympics, and trying to decide what to make for dinner. Welcome to Tinder for Roommmates! haha. (no really, someone should make that a thing)

All occupants are courteous, kind, friendly, tidy, and everything you would want a roommate to be (in my humble opinion).

Washer/dryer, two refridgerators, dishwasher, microwave, oven, garbage disposal, toaster oven, Nest heating/cooling system, and wifi. Fully fenced backyard with garden two plots. Grass, deck, shed, trees, and trampoline. Located in friendly neighborhood (lots of young kids in neighborhood). Giant TV with Roku/Netflix/Amazon Prime. Tiled kitchen. Fireplace. Upstairs nook with futon, and a lovely view of the new Adobe building and mountains .
