Each room is available for rent individually. We are looking for male tenants. There are TWO rooms available with a shared bathroom.

The common area is furnished with a couch, tv, table, and chairs. The unit is otherwise unfurnished.

There is an additional $60/month utility charge per room. All utilities, including water, internet, gas, electric, sewer, and trash will remain in the landlords name. The internet is gigabit fiber, and internet router is provided. 

The condo is equipped with dimmable switches in the kitchen and a lock with a keypad on the front door, ensuring you never have to worry about forgetting your keys. The kitchen includes a large pantry, fridge/freezer, and quartz countertop. There is also a spacious closet in the laundry room, along with a washer and dryer.

The one-car garage offers ample space for additional storage and is conveniently the closest to the stairwell, making access easy and efficient. The driveway provides space for one additional vehicle. Additional guest parking is just a few steps from the building. A right hand turn directly onto 2100 N from the community offers quick access to the I-15 corridor. 

As a third-floor unit, you'll enjoy peace and quiet without the disturbance of upstairs neighbors. Tenants also have access to a pickleball court and pool, providing great recreational options.

Security deposit for each room is equal to one month's rent, with $450 being refundable.
