Newer fridge, newer dishwasher, new large capacity hot water tank, washer, dryer, newer carpet and hard floors throughout entire home. 

Three month minimum contract. No animals, no smoking/vaping, no parties. Each renter 18 years and older must submit an application. 

Furniture currently inside home: one king bed, three twin beds, one toddler bed, dressers, dining table with six chairs, one sofa, one large sectional couch, two arm chairs, desk, two tvs, washer & dryer, and shelving in the garage.
