Mens Contract in New Town Home

I have one private room (for one person) for rent for men's contracted housing in a new townhome available for move-in ASAP. Rent is $599 + $100 flat for all utilities including internet. The location is pretty central to a lot of things and has quick access to the freeway. It also has a two car garage (for storage) and tons of street parking. The home is fully furnished, and I can even include a bed for you if you need one. I live there too, as well as three other guys (one of whom lives in the basement which is separate with its own kitchen and you almost never see him). All of us are super chill and clean up after ourselves, and it's pretty quiet. Also the community has multiple pools/clubhouses and small gyms. No pets. No smoking.
