I'm looking for 1 more roommate to come live in my townhome! It's a great location: 20 minutes from Downtown SLC or Provo; paragliders were right at the point of the mountain! Climbers were at the mouth of American Fork Canyon! Or anyone just looking for a cozy home to settle into!

Roommates:
we've got 2 girls and their dogs in their mid 20's living upstairs and a dude in his early 30s living in the basement. Super solid home dynamic, all appreciate keeping shared spaces clean and friendly with each other while also respecting each other's personal space and downtime ◡̈
PETS:
we do already have 2 dogs. and city limits will allow us to have 1 more, if it gets along with the 2 dogs who already live there.
One of the roommates is allergic to cats so unfortunately we can't have any cats
there is a $35 pet rent every month and a $100 non refundable pet deposit

Utilities are not included in rent. It’s around $60/month. Parking is $35/month for a designated parking stall or you can park on the street for free 🙂 To apply, I would need your email, and then I can send you the application form. There is a $65 fee that really just pays for the background check. And we would need the last 2 months of paystubs. And your last 2 landlord referrals and 1 roommate referral 🙂 If all that passes then first months rent would need to be paid upon signing the lease along with the deposit which is $1300, $300 of it is non refundable. We know some people don’t have all the referrals, paystubs, or need a payment plan for the deposit, so we are open to working with people if we need to ◡̈
