Security Deposit
Refund of remaining deposit, if applicable, will be sent within 30 days after the premise has been vacated and the final inspection has been completed. The refund deposit will consist of the balance of the original deposit after deductions have been made for all fees, outstanding rents and penalties not previously paid, with an itemized statement of any deductions made. The costs of any damage done to the premises will be paid for out of the deposit. The remainder will then be refunded to the Tenant. If damages done by Tenant, their family or invitees exceeds the deposit, determination of costs of damages will be determined by licensed sub-contractors estimating damage amount.
