If you are looking for a short term spot in Utah County, this could be a great fit! Our basement apartment is in Lindon, about 5 minutes from the Pleasant Grove Blvd I-15 entrance, so getting to Lehi, Orem, Provo, UVU or BYU is super easy. There is also a big community park about 50 yards from the house.

Rent and lease options

Looking for someone shorter term since we want the option of using the space toward the end of next year, so I am offering flexible lease terms:

• -Month to month: $1,800 per month

• -3 month contract: $1,750 per month

• -6 month contract: $1,700 per month

Details:

• First months rent due up front. $1,500 security deposit total. $500 is non refundable for cleaning.

• All utilities included in rent: power, gas, water, sewer, garbage, internet.

The space

• Roughly 1,600 sq ft 2 bed, 1 bath basement apartment w/ full kitchen (oven, range, full size fridge and a big pantry). Large laundry room in the unit. Unfurnished. Very well soundproofed. You get your own separate entrance that opens to a private 20 ft by 20 ft gravel area for your use.

Parking

• 2 parking spots in the driveway (tandem, one behind the other). Parking in front of the unit on the street if you'd prefer to park a vehicle there instead. 

House rules

• No pets. No smoking or vaping of any kind on the property. 

• Best suited for 1 to 2 adults who want a quiet place and will treat it like their own. We live upstairs with 2 kids. They are usually asleep by 8pm and up around 8am. With the soundproofing, past tenants have said they barely hear anything, but I still like to be upfront that a family lives above.
