Rent is $1500 + $200 fee for utilities (includes internet) for a fixed total of $1700 per month. Our month-to-month Contract guarantees a fixed rental rate for the first 24 months.

Private entry with Large full light windows in family room, kitchen and bedrooms combined with nine-foot ceilings make this basement apartment feel like main-floor living. Large kitchen with lots of upgrades: granite counter tops, stone sink, kitchen pantry, and wanes coating. Tile surround in bathroom, large washer and dryer, coffer ceiling in family room, ceiling fans in bedrooms, canned lighting in kitchen and family room with auto sensors. Master bedroom has his/her closet. Radiant heat keeps temperature uniform and cozy throughout the winter. Window AC unit for the summer, Roxul sound insulation between floor joists plus two layers of sheet rock separated by RC channel keeps living space private.

Renters can schedule access to our backyard private oasis -- Blue Waters Escape, which contains a heated 40x20 ft inground pool 8 ft deep, 3 large waterfalls, 9 ft slide, 3 foot high jumping wall, fire pots, and tanning ledge surrounded by 2400 sq ft paver patio, 20x18 ft pavillion for shade, 19x16 ft deck, and Traegar Ironwood 885 Pellet Grill for awesome BBQs. Pool is open May through September and we do rent it out on occassion via the Swimply app.

First and last month rent are required up front in addition to a $700.00 security deposit of which $500 is refundable if apartment is left in good condition AND you stay for at least 12 months. Thirty days notice via text is required before moving out or your prepaid last month rent is forfeitted.

You will have your own mailbox/address (328 W 600 N, Lindon UT 84042) but the basement rental is located at 326 W 600 N, Lindon. No Smoking or vaping or pets. No exceptions.
