Two single, private bedrooms with shared bath will be available May 2.  One is located on the main floor and was originally designed as a dining room but actually makes the best and biggest single bedroom in the house (about 10' x 13').  It has a beautiful vaulted wood beam and board ceiling, a large southern exposure sliding glass door that opens on to a beautiful balcony that overlooks the river,

and lots of  built-in cupboards, drawers and countertop.  The downside is that it is adjacent to the kitchen with a pass through covered by an accordion wooden divider curtain and pass through  cupboard, so there is less sound privacy and kitchen noise could occasionally be a problem if you
sleep odd hours. It can be furnished or unfurnished at no additional cost.

The second available room is a modest (about 9'x14'), private, unfurnished or furnished bedroom
with shared bath. The room is on the lower level (walkout not a basement room) with southern exposure window that looks out on to the back patio and woods along the river. It includes a built-in closet, cupboards and drawers. It is heated with a space heater in the winter
but in the summer it stays nice and cool and is an awesome escape from the heat.

The house is a unique home (a bit of a  project) located on a beautifully wooded property along the river in the Island area of Logan.  It has plenty of quiet shared space and free off-street assigned parking.  Free laundry room. It's a scenic 10-12 minute hike up the trail to USU.   This is an academic and professional household - quiet, healthy, productive, studious, professional, friendly atmosphere maintained. Grad students are definitely preferred, but mature undergrads or faculty are welcome too and possibly working professionals.  Gay friendly - adult Gay male owner/resident.  There is a large permaculture/organic garden area  - Ag/horticulture students especially welcome!  Absolutely no users of tobacco, drugs or marijuana in any form. No smoking/vaping of any kind, no partying, slackers, hookups or random guests and this cannot be a second home or hangout for your friends or significant other. Guests are discouraged to maintain quiet for studying, sleep and rejuvenation. If you want a place to hang with your friends, you will have to do it elsewhere.  Noisy and profane online gaming is not allowed. If you're a or drug/marijuana user or serious gamer please do not apply. Headphones are expected to be worn while listening to music, movies, online classes etc.  In other words, overall good, motivated, productive, proactive guys only who are actively working on your education or career.  Sorry, no pets.
