Less than a mile from USU campus, feet from public transit and a straight shot down Center Street to the breweries. Shared bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room space with property manager. Single occupant (one person) only! NO KIDS, NO CATS. One well-trained dog welcome. Large fenced backyard. Street parking available (but not guaranteed in front of the house). 4-6 month lease preferred, year lease considered.

Rent does NOT include utilities but below is an idea of what to expect.
WiFi: $95
Logan City (Water, Sewer, Power, Trash): $125 - $300
Gas: $12 (summer) - $200+ (winter)
Utilities are divided among all tenants. Average with two people in the house is $186 per person /month.

The property manager (male, 46) lives on the main floor and works at USU. He enjoys beer, backcountry skiing, mountain biking and playing on rivers. Upstairs tenant (male, 27) is an OPDD student at USU and has a yellow lab. Applicants will be "screened" for living compatibility. All gender identities welcome. Must have your shit together, be very clean/tidy and have a fully developed pre-frontal cortex (24+). Single occupant (one person) and one dog max only. NO MINORS, KIDS OR CATS.
