Private room for rent within a rambler style condominium in the Fairmeadows gated community to a single person (no couples). This unit is a spacious 2,440 total square feet and has a main floor and a basement roughly splitting that footage evenly. Two of the three bedrooms are occupied by myself and a roommate.

I'm 29 years old and am looking for someone who is in the ballpark of my age and is respectful, responsible, and a good communicator. My bedroom is also on the main floor. I also work remotely, so I honestly spend a good chunk of time on the main floor.
As for some of my hobbies, I enjoy anime, manga, and webtoons and have amassed a decent collection (check living room bookshelf photos). Otherwise, I'm a Utah Jazz fan, like playing card games, and enjoy gaming.
My roommate has the basement room. He's roughly my age, cooks quite a bit, and is really good at it!
