The house has undergone a month's long repair, rehab and refresh and will be ready for new tenant (s) on November 1, 2025.  

Minimalist tenant(s) will enjoy the home as with all older homes closet space and storage space is limited.  If you are a maximalist, then this home would not work for you.

The large eat-in kitchen has a new Coretec LVP floor, workstation sink, dishwasher (18 inch) and a wall mounted microwave.  A GE gas range with double ovens and self/steam cleaning options along with a Fisher Paykel counter depth French door refrigerator round out the kitchen appliances.  A vintage Hoosier cabinet serves as a small island/staging area for the fridge.

There is a large bedroom (midsize closet) at the front of the house and then two bedrooms at the back of the home (one midsize and one small).  Again, closet space is very limited in these two rooms, and one would be suited more for an office.  New remote-controlled chandelier/fan installed in this bedroom.  The two smaller bedrooms also have new fandeliers with lights and remotes.

The bathroom is compact but has a large bank of drawers and cupboard space for storage.  A new bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet have been added along with a wall mounted bathroom fan.  Coretec flooring and a Toto toilet have been installed along with a new adjustable shower head.  

There are laundry hook ups on the back porch for an electric dryer and a separate area for a washing machine (top or front load).  There is a small back porch room that could be used for storage.

The yard has a sprinkler system, and owners pay the Morgan Secondary Water fee.  The sprinklers are controlled by an Orbit B-Hyve controller.  Tenant is responsible for weekly lawn mowing, maintaining flower beds (weeding) and leaf raking in the fall and snow removal during the winter.

There is a two-car garage that is detached from the house.  It might be possible to park two small cars in the garage (the garage has not benefited from any restoration in many years).  Two cars can be parked in the upper driveway area but there is not parking for more than two vehicles and no room for trailers, campers or ATV's at this house.

Tenant(s) would be responsible for the following utilities - Gas (Enbridge) and Morgan City utilities to include electricity, culinary water, sewer, garbage and recycling.  The home will be available on November 1, 2025 (Repairs are currently ongoing)
