Looking for a professional single adult female late 20's-30's (no children, pets or smoking/vaping). 

Available now. Great location 10 min to downtown/airport, 15 to farmington station. Two large grocery stores down the street, post office, multiple gyms, restaurants and banks nearby.

Brand new townhome built in 2020. The bedroom is on the first floor, has a private bathroom and walk in closet. Second floor is the living/ kitchen area and three additional bedrooms on the third floor. Home is fully furnished except the bedroom. We share dishes, cookware and the cost of basic toiletries (paper towels, dishwasher detergent, etc.) which are included in the utilities and split four ways. *****HIGH cleaning standard of the home. We are equally responsible for mopping, vacuuming, taking out garbage, grabbing daily mail, ect., no matter how busy our schedules are

Deposit is $850, $100 every six months non refundable deposit. Utilities included
