Hello! 

My name is Hilary. I am seeking a fun, friendly, quiet, responsible, and very clean single female housemate to live with me in this beautiful townhouse.  (no children, pets, or smoking/vaping). A total of three young women currently live here, and we are looking for one more to fill the 4th bedroom.  Rooms are rented separately, with one person occupying each room. I attend the nearby Orchard 1st LDS church. The room is 112 x 128 inches and shares a bathroom with one other person. 

This is a prime location —10 minutes from downtown Salt Lake and 15 minutes from Farmington Station. There are two large grocery stores down the street, a post office, multiple gyms, restaurants, and banks nearby. The University of Utah is 20 minutes from home and 35 minutes from Weber State.

***The home is fully furnished, except for the room for rent.*** 

About the home: This is a three-level home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a basement bedroom. There is a concrete storage area in the basement for additional storage. All appliances in the home are in new condition. This new division also has a pool! We share dishes, cookware, and the cost of basic household toiletries, which include: toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and dish soap. These items are already included in the rent price.

***With the home housing a total of four tenants, we hold a *very* high cleaning standard in the home. We are equally responsible for mopping, vacuuming, taking out the garbage, grabbing the daily mail, etc., no matter how busy our schedules are. *** If you do not wish to participate as an active housemate, this is not the place for you. 

A room with a shared bathroom has a $500 deposit and a $635 monthly rent, which includes utilities.
