Hello! 

My name is Hilary. I am in search of a fun, friendly, responsible and very clean female housemate to live in this beautiful newly built townhouse. I am 33 years old and in nursing school. In search of a professional single adult, someone close in age (no children, pets or smoking/vaping). Three females of similar age currently live here, and we are looking for one more to fill the 4th bedroom. I personally attend the Orchard 1st LDS church nearby. The room is available for move-in June 1st. This is a prime location, 10 minutes from downtown Salt Lake, and 15 minutes from Farmington Station. There are two large grocery stores down the street, post office, multiple gyms,  restaurants and banks nearby. 

***The home is fully furnished besides the upstairs room for rent.*** 

This is a three-level home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a basement. There is a concrete storage area in the basement for extra storage space. All appliances in the home are in new condition. This new division also has a pool! We share dishes, cookware and the cost of basic household toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap) which are included in the utilities. 

***With the home housing a total of four tenants, we hold a very high cleaning standard in the home. We are equally responsible for mopping, vacuuming, taking out garbage, grabbing daily mail ect, no matter how busy our schedules are*** If you do not wish to contribute weekly to keeping the home clean, this is not the place for you.

The available room is upstairs and shares a bathroom with 1 person.
