The deposit is $900. There is an application to be completed. You don’t need perfect credit but no evictions. Lease options are 5 or 12 months and can be month-to-month after that.
There will be 2 parking spots available- one in the garage and one next to the garage in the driveway.
The pool is shared with our family who lives upstairs. You can also reserve it for birthdays, family events, etc.
