This rental is shared with one other 30 year old male in a three bedroom home with shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, fenced backyard, off-street parking, and unfinished basement. Use of washer and dryer included. Electricity, gas, and Internet will be shared between tenants, with water and trash services provided by landlord. No smoking permitted inside the house. Subject to background check and verification of employment.
