students or working professionals. All 3 additional rooms are available so its
a great opportunity to move into a house with your friends.

House Info:

-Private rooms (1 upstairs, 2 downstairs)

-$750/month for the upstairs room

-$725/month for each of the downstairs rooms

-ALL utilities included!

-2 kitchens & 2 laundry rooms — you’ll only share your
kitchen, laundry, and bathroom with one other person

-Fully fenced backyard with a large deck and views of Mount
Timp and Y Mountain

-No smoking

A bit about me:

I'm in my early 30s, working full time, I enjoy crafting of
all kinds, reading, hanging with friends, walking, taking care of plants,
watching movies and TV shows, drinking iced lattes, and chilling with my cat
Cici. She's a sweet
senior cat who's friendly but a little shy. Once she warms up to you she'll
give you the best snuggles if you want them. So you’ll need to be okay with a
cat, but no additional pets are allowed.
