Gem House - Spacious Womens Housing

Currently, we have a private room (Amethyst Room) available for $425 per month, and a shared room spot(Diamond Room) available for $325 per month on August 10. The lease contract is until 7/31/26 with the option to sign up for the following year. The Gem House is a furnished, spacious townhouse with four private bedrooms, one shared bedroom and two and a half baths. This women's housing is about one and a half miles east of BYU and about two and half miles from UVU. Each bedroom is decorated to fit the gem theme of the house: ruby, diamond, sapphire, emerald or amethyst. Every room is furnished with a twin bed, large dresser, nightstand and lamp as well as sheets, a blanket and also a bedspread. The upgraded kitchen is roomy with an island in the center, plenty of cupboard space and two refrigerators to accommodate six girls. There are two full baths, one on the upper floor and another on the lower floor as well as a half bath on the middle floor. A washer and dryer have been provided in-house for easy access and the lower floor houses a cozy bonus room with a television included. The furnished living room is near the entryway for guests and visits. In the back, there is a small, fenced backyard with a small patio and a barbeque. Rent includes all utilities, which also covers furnishings. Gem House contracts are transferable and work on a annual basis from the beginning in mid August to the end of July. A deposit of $400 is required before moving in, but is completely refundable as long as you keep the room and house clean and undamaged.
