Looking for a couple or individual to live in my mother's basement and help care for her in exchange for rent. You would be required to help in the early morning and evening. She had a large beautiful yard and garden and you'd need to help with that but would have full access to it and would be able to plant all you wanted in the garden. There is a separate entrance private covered off street parking. In unit laundry, dishwasher, and plenty of storage. We are looking for someone either with no kids or only with kids over age 6 as having younger kids will make it difficult to help her as much as she needs. Also her needs will only increase so we need someone who can commit to at least a year but possibly longer if it's a good fit.
