Fiber high speed internet. 6-8 minutes from both BYU and UVU makes it easy to get to school. Washer and dryer. Renovated kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Large safe windows allow for lots of natural light. We also have tons of fruit trees you can pick from when in season. 2 bed 1 bath. We are friendly, but not TOO friendly. ;) Hope to hear from you!
