The house is co-ed, but all current tenants are male. Smoking is allowed (although no current tenants are smokers) but must be done outside away from entrances, drinking is allowed, quiet hours are generally enforced (although exceptions can be requested for gatherings). Pets are allowed (with weight limit considerations).

Rent is $625 per month dependent on a fixed term lease agreement - if you are requesting a month-to-month lease, rent will be adjusted slightly.

Monthly Pet Fee: $0 While we don't require any additional fees for pets, of course that is dependent on the understanding that all cleaning/care for that pet will be taken care of by the renter.
Pet Policy: Tenants are allowed up to 1 pet not weighing over 30 lbs. No deposit required. There are currently 4 cats already living in the house with their respective owners.
