Private Female Room - Available June 1

Our housemate is moving out, so we are looking for a new tenant for her room. Room available is available June 1, can be earlier if needed. This is a private room in the basement sharing a bathroom with 1 other girl. Each bedroom has a keyless entry door lock. This room can come fully furnished if needed.

The basement includes:

- Furnished Family room with a working stove fireplace

- Dry bar with a mini fridge, and microwave - great place to keep snacks so you don't have to always come upstairs to the kitchen to grab some food. 

- Bathroom with a double sink vanity and two mirrored medicine cabinets.

- Tons of closet/storage space.

Located on the main floor is the laundry room with a washer and dryer, a huge kitchen with dedicated cupboard space for each tenant, two refrigerators, top of the line convection oven, and a dishwasher that will actually wash your dishes.  A perfect space if you really enjoy baking and cooking. It has a fenced in back yard with a patio. 

The house will be shared with a total of 4 women (myself included).  We are all currently working women.  This is a big house and even with 4 adults it feels far from cramped. 

My home is located in a great, quiet neighborhood on a corner lot.  If you are LDS, the church is across the street and it is a wonderful ward. 

ALL UTILITIES & HIGH SPEED INTERNET ARE INCLUDED FOR A FLAT RATE OF $75/MONTH

Rent $525 + $75 utilities = $600/month

No smoking, vaping, drinking, or pets. 

If you have a car, parking is first come first serve on the driveway. There is shaded street parking.
