The Place

The condo can be fully furnished, and all shared spaces (including dishes) are furnished! The bedrooms offer nice closets and incredible views. We have a big laundry room in the condo, dishwasher, central air and a nice balcony you can watch the sunrise on. The primary suite has a personal balcony, huge walk in closet and private bath!

For the outdoorsy folks reading this - we've also got a hidden-in-plain-sight volleyball court and big grass field great for soccer! We are 10 minutes away from the hiking, climbing and paddle boarding in Provo Canyon. And there's a Winco and so many delicious restaurants in front of the complex!

Rent includes wifi, cable tv, water, sewer, and access to all the amenities! Tenants are responsible to pay for electricity and gas which is usually around $50-80/month for the whole unit.

There is a $65 fee that really just pays for the background check. And we would need the last 2 months of paystubs. And then your last 2 landlord referrals If all that passes then first and last months rent would need to be paid upon signing the lease along with the deposit which is $1,200, $600 of it is non refundable. HOA doesn't allow any pets.

Owner pays for HOA, Amenities, Water, Sewer, Gas, and Wifi. Parking is included in the rent. It is a lease that goes through July 2026. First and last months rent and security deposit is required upon signing the lease. $600 is non refundable from the security deposit.
