I can be flexible if there is something out of the ordinary on the background reports but again I may ask for some type of financial accommodation. During the application process I would be looking
for 3 months of paystubs showing a gross monthly income of twice the rent and/or 3 months of bank statements showing 2 times the rent in average monthly balances. I would also like to see 12 month's verifiable rental or homeownership history on the rental application.
