Bike racks are available in the B-G, N-T, and U-Z parking lots (behind the dumpsters).

Both the Clubhouse and pool are owned and operated by the Red Pine HOA. HOA dues are paid by the owner.

The Laundry facilities are available year-round at the Clubhouse and may be used daily. The machines take payments through quarters, credit cards, and there is also an app! 

This complex is NOT pet-friendly. The HOA does not permit pets on the property; a $500 per pet daily fine applies for any violation(s) at the renter's expense.
