Ideal Housemate: Looking for a responsible, long-term housemate who values a clean, peaceful living environment. Perfect for someone who doesn't smoke and drinks minimally. Must be respectful of shared spaces and committed to maintaining a harmonious household. It will just be me and you in the house.

Shared Responsibilities: Light housekeeping duties including keeping kitchen and common areas tidy, taking turns with trash/recycling, and helping with package deliveries. I do have someone come to clean once a month. Taking care of the space together is important!
